with CBS's Golden Girls (Excerpt)

Tyne Daly assures us that she wasn't kidding when she recently told the TV
Guide Channel that she and former Cagney & Lacy co-star Sharon Gless
used to play a game entitled "Why are You so F---ing Lucky?"
"I only tell true stories," the Judging Amy star told us at a CBS
party held during the Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena,
CA. "It's much easier to tell true stories because no one will believe
you, and then you don't have to make up anything different when you're
called out on it. So, yes, we did indeed play a game called that, and it
amused us quite a lot." Daly admits that her candor has often gotten
her into trouble, but, she says, "That's the point of it!"
And what sort of games does she play with the Amy gang? "There are a
lot of people who do crossword puzzles... there is some funning around, but
I don't know that we play any games — yet."
